Enquiry details are used only to reply to you, prepare quotations and deliver any work you ask us to carry out. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Photos uploaded to the Visualise tool are used only to generate your recommendation and mock-up. They are processed by an AI service provider for that single request and are not saved by us. Please avoid uploading photos that show identifiable people or confidential information.

We use trusted service providers to host this website, store enquiries securely and run the AI tool. They act on our instructions and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, or longer if needed for an ongoing contract or legal obligation. Visualise photos are not retained.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or request a copy. Email info@egad.group. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
